I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your service during my vacation.    Everything went off without a hitch.   You certainly take pride and ownership in your business and it shows.   Karen and I appreciated your warm personality and the tour guide role you presented.   I have never had such an easy time getting to a resort.   You were waiting on time as requested and picked us up right on time.  Although we don't get down there as often as we would like, we will definitely be using you in the future, but I'll have to bring you some Chicago style pizza so you will see what you are missing.

I'm writing to pass on some well deserved praise about the customer service at Garden Tours & Transportation.  I want to be sure to give credit for good service when it's due.

My 19-year old daughter needed transportation from Orlando International Airport to a hotel 14 miles away where she was to arrive for a 5-month stay.  This being her first trip away from home by herself and with little airport experience, her mother and I were very concerned.  Researching the commonly used Mears Shuttle, I discovered mixed comments, but found glowing comments about Garden Tours and Transportation.  After a couple of phone calls and emails verifying the details of their service, I made reservations. GTT responded quickly to my emailed questions and even called with a personal touch.  It turned out to be a great decision!  The driver waited with a name placard at the bottom of the airport escalator for my daughter, even though the plane was over an hour late!  He then escorted her to the baggage claim area, helped her with her hefty luggage, and loaded the luggage into the vehicle.  He then transported her directly to the hotel, and even called me personally upon her arrival to let me, a nervous father, know that she was safe and sound.  Huge thanks to Garden Tours & Transportation and Glen Garden for taking care of our daughter, as well as her anxious parents.  As you can imagine, this made me quite happy.  Because of this experience I plan to use your company again in the future, and I will certainly recommend you to people I know.  Please make sure that whoever is responsible for this great service gets credit for it.  And keep up the good work!

First may I thank you very much for your help in transporting us to and from the airport, it made our holiday so much easier.  As we told you on our return trip to the airport, Paul and I are very interested  in purchasing property in Florida, especially as we have looked in the real estate magazines and the price of property with the strong pound is very attractive.  You mentioned that you knew a few people in the property management business that we could get in touch with, any information would be appreciated.  For the first time Paul said that he could have stopped there, mainly because the price of things, it really brings it home to us how much we are ripped off in this country, this many bring our retirement much sooner than we expected even though we are only in our forties.  Bliss.

Arriving so late at night can be real stressful, but you sure eliminated any stress and got our vacation started on a great note.  Everyone was thrilled with you and your service.  We had a fantastic week but of course it went by way too fast.  We left yesterday it was 75 degrees and we arrived in NY it was ONE degree, you miss those temps dont you??? Anyways, just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, especially when we got lost and had to call you!!!!
